Lt. Ira Thomas, Co. G, 16th Vt., reg. of Stamford, died at Lyden, on the 7th of March, at the age of 22 ½ years. His regiment is stationed at Fairfax Court House, under Gen. E. H. Stoughton.

In Guilford, Vt., Feb. 2, Ira W. Thomas, son of William Thomas of Stamford aged 22 years, 6 months. He was discharged a Lt. in the 16th Vt. regiment.
