Lucius Thurston Dead
Barre, Aug. 8. Ex-May Lucius Thurston died this morning after a two weeks' illness which developed from his being overcome by the heat two weeks ago.
Former Mayor of Barre Overcome By Heat Two Weeks Ago
(Special to The Herald)He was a Civil war veteran and had served 10 years as an alderman and two years as may of this city. He leaves his wife and two daughters. The funeral arrangement were not completed tonight.
