Obituary
Morris C. Vance
The death of Morris C. Vance at his home, June 20, removes a well known and respected citizen. He had been sick for the past three months with heart disease. The funeral was from the house, Friday the 22d, A. J. Hough officiating, and burial in the village cemetery.
Deceased was born in Groton, May 19, 1837, and had always resided in town. He was the thirteenth of fourteen children living to maturity of Wm. And Ruth Welch Vance.
