To Be Held in Remembrance.
The following Officers of Vt. Regiments and Companies were killed in battle, or died of wounds received in battle, during the late war.
2d Lieut. Stephen R. Wilson, Morristown; died July 6, 1864, of wounds received at Cold Harbor, Va., June 1, 1864.
