Feby 16, 1864, having in the meantime enlisted in the 3rd Vermont Batty. The sentence is not confirmed. He is remanded to duty with the 3rd Vt. Batty. per S.O. #59 HQ Qrs Insp. of Artillery Washington, Apr 6 1864
