The funeral of Francis Mayo was held at the home of his son, Frank Mayo, Monday at 1 o'clock, Rev. Elmer Henry officiating. Owing to the illness of Mrs. Mayo, only prayers were said at the house. The committal service was in charge of the Sons of Veterans and G.A.R. A squad of four fired a 3-gun salute and taps were sounded.
