Obituary
The body of William Bailey of St. Cloud, Fla., was brought to the Plain Cemetery for burial, Dec. 11. Mr. Bailey was born in Ohio in 1837. At an early age he removed with his parents to New York state and later to Connecticut, where he spent the greater part of his life. For the last ten years Mr. and Mrs. Bailey have made their home in California and Florida. He was a veteran of the Civil War, serving in the Sixth Connecticut Volunteers. He was the father of Mary Bailey Wheeler, who died in Jamaica Plain on July 8 of this year. Mr. Bailey is survived by his widow.
