Obituary
DUXBURY
The funeral of Henry Backus, who died at his home in South Fayston last Friday night, after a short illness of pneumonia, was held at the church of this place, Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock, Rev. Mr. Remele of Waitsfield officiating. The bearers were members of the G. A. R., of which Mr. Backus was a member. He leaves a widow, six sons and two daughters, besides a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
