S. T. Baker

Schuyler T. Baker, a native of Whiting, died Sunday at his home in Burlington at the age of 69 years as the result of a paralytic shock. He is survived by a wife and three children, Mrs. E.J. Thomas, L. W. Baker, and C. T. Baker, all whom live in Burlington. He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Mills, who lives in Nebraska. Mr. Baker was a member of the Second Vermont battery, enlisting in 1862 at Brandon and serving during the remainder of the war. He had lived in Burlington four years, coming from Kansas.
