Biography
HARMON H. BALLOU
Enlisted from Essex, Vt., September 10, 1862, at the age of 32 years, as a private in Company F, 13th Vt. Vol. Inf. Mustered into the service October 10, 1862, and was discharged February 28, 1863, for disability. Died in 1893.
