Elijah L. Smith Died Yesterday at Plymouth, N.H.

Plymouth, N.H., Dec. 13. Elijah L. Smith, aged 81, one of the oldest residents of Plymouth, and a veteran of the Civil war, died at his home yesterday afternoon after an illness of several years. He was a native of Brookfield, Vt., and had lived at Haverhill and Warren, N.H., previous to coming to Plymouth in 1872. He was a member of the 6th New Hampshire volunteer infantry.
