WILLIAMS - At Port Hudson, Miss. , Aug. 1, 1863, after some weeks illness, from debility and exhaustion, Charles B. Williams, only remaining child of Rev. Stephen Williams, of Orwell, Vt. , aged 21 years. He was a member of Company G, 5th U. S. Artillery.
