Obituary
SOUTH NEWFANE
John M. Charter, 60, died last Friday at the home of B. C. Bailey, where he had boarded for the past year and a half. Mr. Charter was a native of Boston and served during the war in a Massachusetts regiment. He came here about four years ago. He was a great sufferer during a long illness. He leaves one daughter, Mrs. Lizzie Horne of Cambridgeport, Mass.
