Remembering Our Fallen HeroesThe Cub Scouts of Troop 188 together with the Girl Scouts and Brownies all from the area of Eagle Rock in the city of Los Angeles were honored to participate in the a ceremony [on Memorial Day weekend, 2004] commemorating of the life, heroism and service of Medal of Honor recipient Pvt. James Sweeney #1315. Cub Scout Alec Hutkoff, a Webelo of Den 2 Troop led the ceremony and read the Citation awarded to Pvt. Sweeney.
