Soldiers' Monument Dedicated. -- The 22d annua reunion of the Thirteenth Vermont Regimental association and the dedication of the soldiers' monument presented by Gen. Carmi L. Marsh of Enosburg Falls to his native town, took place in town hall at Franklin Thursday and Friday. Gen. Marsh who is cricitally il, was unable to be present...The dedication of the monument was held Friday morning, the unveiling being by Miss Annie Merrill, (and) Miss Ruth Draper of Enosburg Falls, granddaughters of veterans, the latter being the granddaughter of Mr. Marsh."
