Where Did They Go?3>
Pennsylvania
Hyde, Frank Dana. In 1866, left Vermont with his good friend Albert A. Boardman. They lived in MI for a year or so working in farming and lumbering. Eventually G-g-father spent several months in the NV/CA territory before returning to MI to marry his sweetheart, Caroline Frances Foote. He became more established in lumbering, opened a mill with his brother and lived many years there, in Sheridan. However, many years later they moved to PA and he and Carrie are buried in Beaver PA with daughter Mayme. (great-granddaughter Helen Smart, Brevard SC)
