The following names are from a partial list of the soldiers furnished by Cambridge. The remarks will be sufficient for explanation. None of this list, we believe, were interred in this vicinity
James Wood, Co. H 5th Vt. Vols. died Feb. 17, 1863 at Harpers Ferry, Va.;
Nehemiah Waterman Jr. Co. I cavalry died June 6, 1865 at Hyde Park;
Ira C. Twiss, Co. D. 11th Vt. Vols. wounded Sept 19, and died Sept 21, 1864;
C. M. Sanders Co. I 4th Vt. Vols. killed May 9, 1864, at Spottsylavania;
F. S. Stearns Co. F. 11th Vt. Vols taken prisoner June 23 and died Sept 20, 1864, at Charleston S. C.;
John Proctor Co. B cavalry died June 20, 1865 at Frederick, Md.;
William A Page Co. I 5th Vt. taken prisoner Oct. 19, no record since;
Edgar W. Page Co. F 4th Vt. died Oct. 17th 1864 at Andersonville Ga.;
G. R. Jordan Co. E 13th Vt. died in the service
N. C. Hulburd, Co. A 11th Vt. died at Andersonville Ga. Sept. 23, 1864;
A. N. Horner Co. I 6th Vt. died Nov 18 1862 at Harper's Ferry
H. P. Corse Co. G. 2nd Vt. Cav. (sic) died July 28, 1868 at Alexandria, Va.;
L. Blaisdell Co. D. Cavalry died at hospital in Virginia Nov. 11, 1862
F. B. Amlaw, Co. I 14th Vt. (substitute) died May 7, 1864;

Henry P. Corse, 2nd Vt. Infantry, is buried in Alexandria National Cemetery, VA
Luman Blaisdell, 1st Vt. Cavalry, is buried in Culpeper National Cemetery, VA
F. B. Amlaw is listed as Napolean Amlaw in the rosters
James P. Austin may be buried in The Plains cemetery, Hartland, VT
