Adjutant and Inspector General's Office
Woodstock, August 3, 1864.General Order No. 12.
The quotas of the several towns in this STate, under the call of the President of the United States, of July 18, 1864, for 500,000 men to serve in the Army of the United States, are hereby announced as herein stated.
The quotas have been computed by the several Provost Marshals upon the United States' enrolment of each town, as the same stood on the first day of July, 1864. And the columns of credits and deficiencies show the standing of the several towns on the 31st day of July, 1864, as reported to this office.
