A page from the 12 September 1862 edition of the Lamoille Newsdealer, edited by S. Howard, Jr., published in Hyde Park, includes, in column three, a letter from 'Horace,' at Harper's Ferry, written about 10 days before that unit's capture, and a synopsis of the pending battle in Maryland in column four.
